My Image Stylist's GUARANTEE

100% Customer Satisfaction


At the beginning of any service customers will have the opportunity to identify and address their styling needs with their Image Consultant / Personal Stylist. When these styling needs match one of My Image Stylist’s services or packages, an assessment will be completed to confirm that these styling needs will be satisfied as part of the service. Once the service is completed a last assessment will be performed with the client and Image Consultant / Personal Stylist to verify and confirm initial addressed styling needs have been met and if not possibly find further solutions. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfied customer’s styling needs and this has been confirmed in final assessment, we will refund 100% of your money.


Orders that are cancelled before service has begun, do not incur any fees. If a service has started it is subject to customer's guarantee. Services can be postpone in case the customer is unable to meet appointments.


Voucher/offer or promotion can not to be used in conjunction, unless this is directly authorised by email, they can only be redeemed 1 at a time. Coupons/vouchers must be presented upon placement of order and are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers might be transferable.
